Step 1 — Check your confirmation email
Your order confirmation includes your order number (e.g., #1001) and a tracking link once your order ships.

Step 2 — Track via the Order Status page
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account to view order history and live tracking.

Step 3 — Didn't receive a tracking number?
Some orders may not include tracking. If your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us below.

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
