Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the US, Canada, and internationally. US orders over $50 ship free. Standard US shipping starts at $4.99.

How long does shipping take?
US orders placed before 2 pm EST on business days typically ship same day. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Canada: 7–14 days. International: 10–21 days.

What ages are the dolls suitable for?
Most Fusion Dolls are recommended for ages 3 and up. Each product page lists the recommended age range.

Can I return or exchange a doll?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Are you a Black-owned business?
Yes! Fusion Dolls was founded by Widline Pyrame, a Haitian-American woman from Brockton, MA. Her mission is to spread diversity, self-love, and representation through dolls and cultural products.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but you can add a gift message at checkout in the order notes field.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account to view order status.

Can I wholesale or stock Fusion Dolls in my store?
